REIKI (pronounced Ray Key) is a Japanese healing art that was synthesized into being by Mikao Usui in the late 1800's in Japan. Usuiw as a devout Buddhist, who, in his intense desire to understand and work with methods of medicine and healing, develop Reiki.

"Reiki" is a Japanese word for the concept: "Universal Life Energy". Reiki's initial stages can be learned by anyone regardless of their personal philosophy and/or spiritual belief system.

Through the initiations of Reiki comes a "re-awakening", a re-opening of the stronger healing potential that lies within us all. There are three levels in Usui Reiki.

My courses cover them all including distant attunements, manuals and certificates You can work through the course at your own pace and I will be available by email to assist and guide you.

Distant attunements work in the same way as physical attunements - Energy knows no boundaries.

 In Reiki I you are taught the basic techniques for self healing and giving others hand treatments Following your attunement, you will be able to practice Reiki, giving healing treatments to yourself and others.

In Reiki 2 you learn more advanced techniques that enable you to perform distant healing and specific treatment methods. You will also receive the first 3 sacred symbols that can be used for many purposes including mental and emotional healing. It is said that the level of energy flow achieved following the Reiki 2 attunement is equivalent of up to 4 times that of the Reiki 1.

Reiki Master Level includes more advanced healing techniques and attunements. This level confers the ability to teach and attune others to use Reiki themselves. The Master Symbol is taught. It is often said that the level of Reiki flow following the Master level attunement is equivalent of up to 10 times that of the Reiki 1.

The Reiki attunement will stay with you for your whole life and even if you don't use the energy for a long time, the ability will always remain.
